1. Company Information — Basic Details

Core identification details for the operator, and the general contact line published to customers.

2. User Information

This is where the operator's admin user is created. Companies do not register themselves — the Port Department creates the company and its first login together. That user holds full access to the company panel and is the one who accepts the platform terms and policies on the company's behalf.

Saving this form creates the account. It then appears in Users alongside every other login, listed under this company with the role Company Admin — one record, edited from either screen.

This is the username. Changing it sends a confirmation link to the new address; the old one stops working once confirmed.

Password

Set the first password, or generate one. Required — the operator cannot be handed an account without one.

Password *

At least 12 characters, mixing upper and lower case, a number and a symbol.

Require the user to change this password at first sign-in — recommended, since an officer has seen it. Email the sign-in details to the user

Access level

Fixed for the account created with the company. Further staff logins are added by this user from inside the operator panel.

Company Admin Full access

Everything the company can do on the platform.

Fleet, instructors and locations
Bookings, availability and pricing
Accepting the platform terms and policies
Banking, payouts and statutory fee payments
Creating and removing further staff logins

Account status

How the account will be created. Suspending or resetting it later is done from the operator record.

The account is created the moment this form is saved, and the operator can sign in straight away. The password set here is not stored on the company record — it goes to the account service, and the user is asked to replace it at first sign-in.

4. Legal Documents

Required uploads for KYC/KYB verification before the operator can go ACTIVE. Open Add details on any row to record the upload date, expiry, verification status, verifying officer and remarks, then press Save details to commit the record.

For anything not on the standard list — applies to this operator only.

Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG — up to 10 MB per file. Verification fields unlock once a status of Verified or Rejected is chosen, and are stamped with the signed-in officer and today’s date. A rejection needs remarks of at least 10 characters, and every open record must be saved before the step can be left.
