Can I reschedule my ride?
Yes — rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your ride. Open the booking in My Bookings and pick a new slot. Inside 24 hours, raise a case and we will check availability with the operator.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 48 hours before: free cancellation, full refund.
24–48 hours before: a fee of up to 50% may apply.
Under 24 hours: no refund.
Does an instructor cost extra?
No. Instructors are always free on Book Bahamas. When an instructor rides with you, the jet ski carries one rider plus the instructor, so the rider count is fixed at 1.
Is the package price per rider?
No. The price shown is for the whole jet ski for the full package duration, however many riders are on it. Nothing is multiplied by rider count at checkout.
What if I arrive late?
Operators hold your slot for 15 minutes after the start time. After that the ride is marked a no-show and the slot is released. Message the operator from My Bookings if you are running behind — they can often shift you to a later slot the same day.
What happens if the weather turns?
If the operator or the Bahamas authorities call off rides for weather or sea conditions, you get a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice. We notify you in the app as soon as the call is made.
What should I bring on the day?
Photo ID, your booking QR code, swimwear and reef-safe sunscreen. Life jackets and all safety gear are provided by the operator at the meeting point.
How do I change my email or phone?
Go to Profile, tap Personal Details and edit the field, then save. A confirmation code is sent to the new email or number before the change takes effect.
