Company Settings

Work through any of the 12 sections below and save your changes

Some settings are set by the Watersports Authority. They're shown here so you know what applies to your trips, but they can't be edited or loosened from this panel. Where a limit is marked, you may set a stricter value than the Authority's — never a looser one.

Section 1 of 12

1. Basic Details

Core identification for your company — the name, licence and contact details the Port Department holds on your record.

Your business

Appears on receipts, rider confirmations and anything the Port Department asks for.

2. User Info

The admin account you sign in with. The Port Department created this account with the company; your password is yours alone.

This is the same record the Port Department sees under your company with the role Company Admin. There is no second copy — which is why the name, title and login email are corrected by them, not from this panel.

Your account

Issued with the company. Ask the Port Department to reissue it if the person in the role changes.

This is your username. Changing it is a Port Department action — the old address stops working once the new one is confirmed.

This is the name recorded against every policy you accept and every document you submit, which is why it cannot be edited from the side that does the accepting.

Password

Yours alone — the Port Department can trigger a reset but never sees or sets what you choose.

At least 12 characters, mixing upper and lower case, a number and a symbol.

Sign out everywhere else after changing
Ends any session on another device or at the desk terminal.

Access level

Fixed for the account created with the company. Further staff logins are added by you from Team & access.

Company Admin Full access

Everything the company can do on the platform.

  • Fleet, instructors and locations
  • Bookings, availability and pricing
  • Accepting the platform terms and policies
  • Banking, payouts and statutory fee payments
  • Creating and removing further staff logins

Account status

Sign-in state for this account. Suspension is the Port Department's to apply, so there is no control for it here.

3. Business Address

Where the company is based, and every location it works from. A location carries its own pickup points.

A. Registered business address

The address on your registration. Corrections go through the Port Department.

B. Primary operating / pickup location

Where riders meet you or are collected. The location itself is set by the Port Department; what you choose here is which of its pickup points you use, and how riders find you.

4. Legal Documents

Required uploads for KYC/KYB verification before your account can go ACTIVE. The Port Department verifies what you supply here.

Statutory documents

Required for KYC/KYB verification before your account can go ACTIVE.

  • • Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG or PNG — up to 10 MB per file.
  • • Documents marked DATED need an expiry date before they can be submitted.
  • • Choosing a file does not send it. Check it, add the expiry if asked, then Submit for review.
  • • Replacing a document that has already been decided sends it back for review.
  • • Small files can be opened by the reviewing officer; larger ones are recorded by name only.

5. Banking Details

Used for operator payouts. The same account the Port Department holds on your record.

Bank account

Used for operator payouts. Changing it pauses payouts for 48 hours while we verify.

6. Terms & Agreements

The platform terms your signatory accepted, the commission they were accepted against, and the three Port Department policies your signatory has to accept.

Demo

Platform terms

Accepted by your authorised signatory. The Port Department reviews what was accepted — nobody there can accept on your behalf.

Commission

Set by the platform. Your acceptance is against a specific rate — if it changes, you will be asked to accept again.

Port Department policies (apply to every operator)

Issued by the Port Department and identical for every operator — you do not write these. Your signatory accepts each one separately, and each acceptance is against a version: if the Department reissues a document, that one comes back for acceptance and the other two stand.

7. Your Listing

How your company reads to a rider browsing the app, and how dates and money are shown to you. None of this is held by the Port Department.

How you appear to riders

Your listing in the rider app and on the booking page.

Time, money and units

Set by the platform. Everything is recorded in Nassau time and Bahamian dollars.

BSD is pegged 1:1 to USD, so riders paying in either see the same amount.

9. Safety & Compliance

Briefings, equipment checks and the limits the Watersports Authority sets. You may set a stricter value than the Authority’s — never a looser one.

The statutory briefing. Your instructor works through it in the app and the rider initials each line; it's stored with the trip.
